How Does it work?
Once your baby is born, and you have their Name, Birth Date, Weight, and Length.
You can place your order online (please scroll down) or by calling us at 1-888-676-5646, We'll then deliver and place your baby stork on your front lawn the following day, once we are done we will send you a picture confirmation via text message.
Once the rental period is over, we'll pick up the baby stork and its hardware. The decorative keepsake bundle will be placed by your front door.
It's that easy! We take care of everything, so you can relax and enjoy this special time with your new bundle of joy.
FRIENDLY REMINDER: Please verify all the Baby's information before placing your order. Once the Baby Keepsake Bundles and Sibling Stars are produced they can not be Edited. A New product has to be made and a $30 reprocessing fee will have to be applied to each new Bundle and or Sibling Star.
REFUND POLICY: If an order is placed and the delivery address is outside our service area; the Client will be informed, and we will try to refer them to a company that does service their area. The order will be canceled and a full refund applied to the customer.
WIND DAMAGE POLICY: If a Decorative Keepsake Bundle and or Sibling Star gets damaged due to high winds (We will need the broken piece when possible). We will provide 1 (one) replacement free of charge if we get informed before the pick-up date. If upon pick-up we encounter a broken Decorative Keepsake Bundle and or Star (and we were not informed prior) we will replace the damaged item with a Delivery Fee that will be determined based on mileage and or Shippment price stated by USPS. We do not replace for free any pieces damaged by humans (or animals) regardless of their sizes and or age. This policy only covers damages caused by the wind.

Our Decorative Keepsake Baby Bundle Signs & Accent Sibling Stars are handcrafted and customized just for your family. If there is an older sibling in the family we provide an Accent Sibling Star welcoming their new baby sister or brother. All of our pieces are proudly made and assembled with products manufactured in the United States.
Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines the process for ordering, delivery, installation, and pick-up of our baby stork signs at The Baby Stork Shop.
Ordering:
- Orders can be placed securely online through our website or by phone.
- We require accurate and complete information about the recipient, delivery address, desired rental period, and any add-on services.
- Order confirmations will be sent via text (To the phone number used in the order process) and email upon successful placement.
Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any delays.
- Orders placed after 6 PM EST on a business day may be delivered the following day in the afternoon hours, depending on order flow.
Delivery and Installation:
- Deliveries are typically made within our designated service area in New Jersey in the AM hours.
- Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we will communicate an estimated window upon confirmation.
- You are responsible for ensuring your lawn is clear and accessible for the safe installation of the baby stork sign.
- Our team will carefully install the sign and secure it securely to the ground.
Rental Period:
- Standard rental periods are for 7 or 10 days. Extended rentals may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- The rental period begins on the chosen delivery date and ends on the pick-up date.
- You are responsible for notifying us at least 24 hours in advance if you require an extension beyond the initial rental period. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
Pick-up:
- We will pick up the baby stork sign on the designated pick-up date within the scheduled window.
- You are responsible for any damage to the sign beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
- Orders can be modified or canceled (this must be done as soon as possible since once we receive the order we start handcrafting the Keepsake bundles and or the Sibling Stars).
- In the case that changes are made after the Keepsake bundles and or the Sibling Stars have already been produced, a $30 restocking fee will apply to each product that has to be remade.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the Baby Stork has been delivered and placed.

- We will communicate with you throughout the process via email and phone to confirm your order, provide updates, and address any concerns.

2. Orders and Payment
- Orders can be placed online or by phone.
- You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself, the baby, and the delivery address.
- The Baby Stork Shop accepts major credit cards as payment.
- Orders are subject to availability and may be canceled if our Stock is Fully rented.
- A full refund will be issued if your order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability.
3. Delivery and Installation
- The Baby Stork Shop delivers and installs baby stork signs within our designated service area in New Jersey.
- Delivery windows are typically in the AM hours.
- You are responsible for ensuring your lawn is clear and accessible for installation. If you have pets, please arrange for the pet to be indoors or away from the installation area.
- The Baby Stork Shop is not responsible for any damage caused to your lawn by the babystork sign.
4. Rental Period and Return
- Baby stork signs are typically rented for 7 or 10 days.
- You are responsible for notifying The Baby Stork Shop if any damage has been done to the Baby Stork.
- The Baby Stork Shop will pick up the baby stork sign on the date stipulated in our Picture Confirmation Text, in our welcoming letter (which will be placed in the residence mailbox), and also in the delivery confirmation email.
- You are responsible for any damage to the baby stork sign beyond normal wear and tear.
- Please do not attach Balloons to the Baby Stork, it will cause wind drag and it could be damaged.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Baby Stork Shop or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content on the Website without the express written permission of the Company.
6. Disclaimer and Warranties
